Mrs. Edwina R. Robbins 926 Taber Ave. Yuba City, California 95991 To the Chairman of the Board and Secretary of Utah International: The deal with General Electric was a triumph for you personally and the stockholders of F.E. to have all those beautiful dollars at their disposal, $5.67 per share to $2.+- like one horse to one rabbit. Probably without the deal, the stockholders of Utah Int. might have had a two for one stock dividend. Instead they get 1/3 shrunken share of G. E. Great! What I cant understand is why G.E.? Why not a good company like Union Pacific, (or a Swiss Bank) or Dow Chemical, Mobil Oil etc.? Utah International was a great company while it lived. May it rest in peace. (Mrs.) Edwina R. Robbins
