Record Mexico September 27, 1971 Mr. Phillip B. Dettmer Apdo. Postal 31-243 Guadalajara 5, Jalisco Mexico Dear Phil: I came across the enclosed articles on electric arc steel making in the London Metal Bulletin Monthly and thought it would be of interest to you. I note that the Bulletin will be publishing additional articles next month; I'll send them along to you if you do not already subscribe to this magazine. My trip to Mexico was thoroughly enjoyable, in particular the day at Hysla. Thank you again for arranging the trip for us. I must say that I probably did not fully recover from the afternoon late lunch at the Inn. Or was everything anticlimactic after that? The lock, by the way, has worked very well. I hope this finds you well, and I am looking forward to seeing you again. Sincerely, Hugh Douglas HD:prc Enclosures: 3
