I have spent several hours looking through my papers in the hopes of finding a memorandum regarding the mortgage and note issued by the Ogden Investment Co., and so far have been unsuccessful. I shall make another effort Monday. I certainly feel that we ought to be sure and issue the new note and mortgage in the right name otherwise there may be some complications later on.
