Dear Sir: Referring to your notation on one of the vouchers, (which we are returning to you herewith) will say that we probably made the error in assuming that you began with us on January 15th. Evidently your services began on January 1st, as our records show that you received $1200.00 from the Estate, which, at the rate of $200.00 per month, would make the six months ending June 30-1913 as you state, providing you started January 1st. We are therefore returning all the vouchers you sent us, and are enclosing you new ones without the explanations filled in. We are giving these vouchers the same dates that your returned checks bear, and if you will fill in the explanations, stating what these checks were for, and sign each of the vouchers, that will probably be the best way of covering the situation in an accurate manner.
