Ogden, Utah. Dear Brother Watson:-
Can you not find out by looking at the letter-book of the Utah Loan & Trust Co. , something regarding the note issued by the Ogden Investment Go.
It seems to me that Brother Stevens certainly would copy his let¬ter written to me on this subject at the time that he enclosed me the note of $15,000 and that he would be apt to state in the letter the date of the note and in whose favor it was issued. I am anxious to got the necessary data so as to have a duplicate note made out. I have received a letter from Judge Rolapp on this matter and I am desirous of helping him close it up at an early date. I really feel however that we ought to make sure and not issue a duplicate note in the wrong name; should we do so I am afraid that there may be some complications later on.
