Originally one of 22 academies sponsored by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Weber Academy opened in 1889 in the LDS Second Ward building, on the southwest corner of Grant Avenue and 26th Street.

A collection of photographs and oral history quotes that document the moving of Weber College from its original campus in downtown Ogden to its current home on Harrison Boulevard in 1954. The photographs document Weber College’s early days and the struggle to move to a new campus to accommodate the growing student population.
Archived TIFF images were scanned by Jamie Weeks at 300 dpi with an Epson Expression 10000XL scanner. JPG and PDF files were then created for general use.
