The Prisoner of War Tailor Shop, called "The Sewing Circle", is another innovation...organized and established to utilize more efficiently the prisoner of war tailoring ability . . . These prisoners . . . repair many articles of clothing which would be thrown away were it not for their organized activity in the shop. They repair their personal clothes and uniforms on their own time.

Digitization Specifications
Archived TIFF images were scanned by Jamie Weeks at 300 dpi with an Epson Expression 10000XL scanner. Digital images were reformatted in Photoshop. JPG and PDF files were then created for general use.
