The following is an oral history interview with Barbara Dibble and her daughter Emma West, conducted in two parts on March 3, 2017, and March 18, 2017, in Barbara's home in Layton, Utah, by Lorrie Rands. Barbara and Emma discuss their lives and their family's connection to Weber County as well as World War II experiences. Michael Ballif, the video technician was also present during this interview.
