The Weber State College/University Student Projects have been created by students working with several different professors on the Weber State campus. The topics are varied and based on the student's interest or task for a specific assignment. These oral history assignments were created to help Weber State sutdents learn the value and importance of recording public history and to benefit the expansion of the Weber State oral history collections.

John Taplin Betteridge discusses his personal history, including his marriage of 75 years, and his love of the harmonica. The interview took place in May 1971.

Baro Bida discusses his knowledge of the Nigerian Civil War and several of its causes, including denial of fundamental human rights, a lack of a free and fair election, the coup d’état of January 1966, and the violation of the Nigerian Constitution by the Military Government of Eastern Nigeria. The interview took place on July 17, 1972.

Barbara Bigler talks about her life growing up and how her family survived by canning fruits and vegetables. The interview was conducted February 8, 2005.

Blaine Blondquist talks about his affiliation with the Golden Spike Orchestra, how it is funded, how it was developed, and his future intentions for the orchestra. The interview took place on May 20, 1971.

Ivy Bonelli discusses her upbringing and family history in Arizona. The interview took place on July 5, 1983.

Ivy Bonelli discusses her life growing up in Arizona as well as her personal family history and the family history of her husband, Frank Bonelli. She also recalls the frequent use of turpentine and its negative effects. The interview took place on August 7-9, 1983.

Brother Boniface discusses his background and involvement in the Abbey of the Holy Trinity in Huntsville, Utah. The interview took place on May 7, 1972.

Clinton Bradshaw talks about his life and experiences in Southwestern Wyoming. The interview took place on September 6, 1976.

LaVal Bradshaw describes his experiences during and after the Great Depression. The interview took place on July 22, 1972.

 

Barbra Braeden discusses her experience with canning and canned goods. The interview was conducted on February 13, 2005.
