The Weber State College/University Student Projects have been created by students working with several different professors on the Weber State campus. The topics are varied and based on the student's interest or task for a specific assignment. These oral history assignments were created to help Weber State sutdents learn the value and importance of recording public history and to benefit the expansion of the Weber State oral history collections.

Bill Stansbury, a veteran and current inmate, discusses his experiences in Vietnam and with marijuana, as well as his views on the criminal justice system. The interview took place on August 6, 1971.

Thelma Steed shares her memories of living in the Clearfield, Utah area. The interview took place on May 21, 1997.

Jack Steele discusses his career in railroading and his opinion on the decline of the railroad in Utah. The interview took place on August 19, 1971.

Monsignor Stoffel discusses the history of non-Mormon immigrants to Utah. The interview took place on February 7, 1971.

Lettie Hammon Stoker discusses the settlement and development of the Hooper, Roy, and West Weber areas, including LDS Church organization and functions, LDS immigration, agriculture, water supply, social and cultural activities, transportation, electric lighting, the poorhouse, the original cemetery, and early county politics and elections. The interview took place on August 9, 1971.

Delon Stokes discusses his life and his experiences in farming. The interview was conducted on April 19, 2008.

Leo Stokes discusses the settlement of the Bothwell and Tremonton area, including living conditions, medical care, agriculture, LDS Church and Apostolic Church development, and Indian interactions and communities. The interview took place in August 1980.

Carl Storey discusses his life, his knowledge of North Ogden history, and his involvement with the North Ogden 9th Ward. The interview took place on January 7, 1975.
